# Fixed-Scope Service Agreement

Use this before starting a paid pilot. It is a plain-language operating agreement, not legal advice. Platform terms or a signed client contract take priority when applicable.

## Scope

The project is fixed-scope. Work starts only after all of these are confirmed in writing:

- Source files or links
- Desired outcome
- Deliverables
- Deadline
- Fixed price
- Payment method or platform escrow

Extra requests, new files, new goals, manual enrichment, or new duplicate-matching rules may require a separate quote.

## Included By Default

For spreadsheet cleanup pilots:

- Trim extra whitespace
- Normalize headers
- Remove exact duplicate rows
- Drop fully blank rows when requested
- Flag or report blank cells
- Return a cleaned CSV
- Include a short delivery report when quoted

## Not Included

Unless explicitly quoted, the service does not include:

- Manual data enrichment
- Scraping private or restricted data
- Account login or system access
- Handling private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or wallet access
- Investment, trading, tax, legal, or medical advice
- Guaranteed revenue, replies, rankings, lead quality, or conversion results
- Ongoing maintenance

## Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

- Providing files they have the right to share
- Removing highly sensitive data before sending files
- Explaining any required duplicate rules
- Reviewing blank cells and flagged rows before import or outreach
- Confirming that the final file is appropriate for their intended use

## Revisions

One minor fix round is included only when stated in the quote or invoice.

Minor fixes include:

- Correcting missed trimming or formatting issues
- Re-exporting the same agreed deliverable
- Applying a clearly stated rule that was included in the original scope

Minor fixes do not include:

- New files
- New goals
- Manual research
- New enrichment
- New business analysis
- A different output format not agreed before work started

## Payment

Payment is due before work starts unless a platform escrow is used.

Accepted methods:

- Freelance platform invoice or escrow
- Bank transfer by agreement
- Crypto by agreement

Do not send payment until the scope and price are confirmed in writing.

After payment or escrow confirmation, record the platform order ID, receipt, or wallet transaction hash in `payment-evidence-log.csv` before marking the project as collected revenue.

## Confidentiality

Client files are used only to complete the agreed work. Do not publish client files as samples without permission. Demo files in this kit are fictional examples.

## Cancellation And Refunds

If work has not started, payment can be refunded according to the platform or payment method rules.

If work has started, refunds depend on the work completed, platform rules, and written agreement.

No refund is promised for outcomes outside the agreed deliverable, such as sales, replies, rankings, revenue, or lead conversion.

## Acceptance

The work is considered delivered when the agreed files or documents are sent to the client.

The client should review the delivery within 3 days and request any included minor fix during that period.

## Confirmation Message

Use this before starting:
